Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect what we need to build your report and email you, we don't sell it, and we delete your documents after 30 days.

What we collect
- Waitlist sign-ups: your email address, whether you're a buyer or an agent, and who referred you, if anyone.
- Reports: the documents you upload, your email address, the questions and plans you tell us about, and the report we build.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We see whether a payment went through and the amount; we never see or store your card number.
- Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse (for example, too many sign-ups from one network) and isn't stored with your report.
How we use it
- To build your report and answer your questions about your documents.
- To email you your report, your place on the waitlist, and when your spot opens.
- To count referrals from your share link.
We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or use your documents to train AI models.
Who processes it for us
- Anthropic (Claude) reads your documents to write the report. Anthropic doesn't train its models on this data.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Render hosts the site and stores your documents and reports.
How long we keep it
- Documents uploaded without payment or a free scan: deleted after 24 hours.
- Documents, reports and chat: deleted 30 days after upload.
- Waitlist sign-ups: kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Payment records: kept by Stripe as required for tax and accounting.
Your report link
Your report is reached by a private link that's hard to guess. Anyone you share the link with can view it, so share it only with people you trust, like your agent or attorney.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser remembers that you joined the waitlist, so we can show your place in line; clearing your browser data removes it.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@hoafineprint.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
